We discovered all these bad reviews a week before we were due to arrive so were cringing when we got there. We ended up staying in the block nearest the street, on the right. For a family of two adults and two young children it was a perfect base. The apartment and two rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, lounge and balcony. It was due for some sprucing up , no doubt about it - holes in some of the screens, generally scruffy/knocked about in places, but it was spotlessly clean, and served us perfectly for our 6 nights. Secure garaging, beautiful palm gardens, and a clean swimming pool area with attached spa pool where we spent most evenings watching the bats circling overhead. Management were friendly and helpful. For the price and great location we were very happy.

This place is the most disgusting and unclean place I have ever stayed in. The blinds in the apartment were covered in mould, the bathroom smelt like someone had urinated all over the floor. the whole place was very dirty and it looked like the floors had never been swept or mopped. When we spoke to the managers about the cleanliness of the apartment she told us the cleaners wernt in on the weekend so we would have to wait the long weekend before it was sorted, she also refused to come in and sight the issues we were complaining about, we were also refused another room. The apartments themselves look nothing like the amazing photos posted on their website.
I would not reccommend this accommodation to my worst enemy.

This place's manager is very rude. I agree with other people's review. I really wonder why the property owner doesn't change the manager. If he or she keeps the rude managers here they will lose their customers. They think they own this place but we bloody pay to stay here. and blame all his fault to guests and want to have arguments with other guests. They don't think anything about guests but themselves. they are the rudest person I ever met. Never stay here!!!!!!!!

Bad hotel or resort what ever they call them self. Old male manger is cranky, not helpful at all, and makes you think he is doing you a favour by letting you stay in his over priced unclean rooms. Much better than this place of the gold coast so don't stay here! Tiny rooms, very old, dirty pool, bad service, hard smelly beds and pillows, iron that leaked black water over my white pants, not enough hot water for 2 showers, and most of all the manger! I would never recommend this old thing!
