Must admit I was extremely impressed by my stay at Paradise Centre Apartments. For the cost I wasn't expecting such a high quality apartment, in such a great location with spectacular views. There were a few minor negatives, it was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday night, the outside furniture was grubby and there was an entire nut selection down the side of one of the couches which obviously hadn't been cleaned for some time. Saying that the positives far out weigh the minor negatives, the amenities are great, good pools and BBQ area, free secure parking, air conditioning that copes with the heat and relatively quiet. Kitchen and lounge area very spacious (some cushions would be nice) and the bedrooms were clean, with the double having an excellent en suite. The only thing missing is a bar, as cocktails by the pool would have been the icing on a very good cake. Would definitely stay there again and will recommend to friends and family.

Thank you for providing feedback on Paradise Centre Apartments, and especially the positive comments about the location, pool and bbq facilities, secured parking and air conditioning. The rooms are very spacious, with the two and three bedroom master bedrooms having and ensuite. Disappointing there was a couple of cleaning issues which need to be addressed, however, we are happy you enjoyed your stay and will not only return yourself but recommend Paradise Centre Apartments to your family and friends.

“Appalling room facilities and cleanliness”

I would have taken in what numerous reviewers have said before me. This state of the our room is appalling. In my case rust all over the fridge, mould in the bathroom, threadbare carpet and curtains, dirty and uncomfortable chairs and lounges, entrance to room door that only shuts/opens with force and on it goes. I have taken photos and will post if someone wants to see them. Never again!,,

Undeserving of Mantra branding

Room Tip: Be prepared to go back to reception and demand another room

Thank you for providing feedback on the resort. Your feedback is valuable and certainly we are working hard to ensure all rooms are at an excellent standard. The location is excellent and pool and bbq facilities have all been upgraded recently. The apartments are being renovated with more coming online each month.

“Room in need of refurbishment”

My friends and I booked this place as it was so central and had a view of the ocean. I had been warned after we booked and paid that not all the rooms look like the pictures on the website..sadly ours was not a nice one. Although we had a great ocean view and a high floor, the room itself is in need of a makeover. The carpet was dirty, the bed spreads old, the bathroom leaky and the walls in desperate need of paint. The balcony furniture looked like it had been there since 1970! It's a shame as the pool/gym/BBQ/tennis area is absolutely fabulous and the lobby is lovely.

Room Tip: You need to request and persist to be given a refurbished room. There are 2 buildings, with Ballah b...

Thank you for your feedback on the resort. Currently, we are working through all the apartments refurbishing where possible to modify the apartments. Many have been completed, however, this is a process and will be ongoing. You are absolutely correct that requests can be made for these apartments, however, unfortunately it will not always be guaranteed due to the limited inventory. I do take this feedback onboard and will continue this process.

Very disappointed in the standard of a so called"Mantra" property. Nothing like the photos on the Internet dirty carpet dirty old bathroom and old dirty cane lounges. Will never stay here again!

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the resort. Paradise Centre has embarked on a refurbishment programme which has many apartments completely upgraded. This is a process being worked through over the coming year also to ensure all apartments are modified accordingly.

this hotel is in a great location and quick trip to the beach, but if you booked a 1 bedroom ocean dont get ur hopes up, if the view of the ocean does not seem the same as the one on the hotels website, we got a low floor witch was more like partial ocean view, was very disappointed went to the front desk and asked to change rooms, the lady was very rude and could not help us with our room change. i would recommend staying at break free peninsula or zenith apartments witch have spectacular view of the ocean from end to end

Room Tip: make sure to ring the hotel to check if your room is on a high floor

Such comments are discussed in our regular meetings to ensure future positive outcomes. The resort is very central and has excellent views across central surfers and the ocean, however, during the extremely busy season it was unfortunate we were unable to accommodate your needs at this time but trust you will return to allow us in the near future to let us show the true Paradise Centre spirit.
