Reception was closed on a Saturday afternoon, at 1pm, December 24th. Struggled to get in. Gave us room with no air con, when booking featured air con. was shocked when I showed him my booking confirmation with air con. First room w/ no Air Con, was spotless. Nicely refurbished, new floor tiles, bench tops, appliances, fridge, 32" LCD tv, Leather couch, queen size bed and very clean. Second room with Air Con was rubbish. Not refurbished, old appliances, old fridge and TV. Air Con filter filthy. Dust everywhere. Only half toilet paper provided. Could NOT believe the difference from the first room they gave us. Felt like leaving. Location wise, it's unbeatable for what you pay, if you don't mind about the room. View from the room, is average. Mind you, 1 bedrooms, superior and standard don't face Ocean directly. Two bedrooms are the ones that face the ocean. Would not stay here again. Worth paying extra $50 dollar a night to stay on a proper hotel room with built in kitchen, that are plenty in offer around Surfers Paradise.

The managers went out of their way to be helpfull. Unit was clean and views were great.

We loved our 3 night stay at Holiday Apartments, the staff was friendly and our one bedroom apartment was lovely. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is great, right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and shopping. We would defiantly recommend President Holiday Apartments and would love to stay there again!
