Unfortunatly stayed in Jan 2012 for 5 nights, that was 5 night too many! The whole place smelt dirty. There was mould on every curtain, everything in the kitchen had a film of grease on it, and we were unable to use the oven as the smell from inside was sickening. The soap holder in the shower had been broken off and not replaced and the vanity sink had no soap holder at all. The hair dryer didnt work, the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortably and the pillows were like bricks. The carpet was badly stained, the walls were all marked and we were constantly woken during the night due to people using the garbage shoot, whick was located behind our bedroom wall. Overall would not recommend staying here and can't understand how this place every recieved a 4 star rating.

Have stayed here for the last 4 yrs in various months.Best to stay away in schoolies week.
Just got back i thinks its great value for money and suitable for all travellers. Have stayed on variious floors and rooms pretty much the same. Just dont like waiting for the lift all the time.
Tower 3 is the most convenient to get access to coles and shopping downstairs without having to transfer across every time. Had a group of 20 this stay but found we couldnt get to each other due to security getting between floors. Pool area is fantastic but get in early to get a lounge chair to sit on when the weathers good.

Stayed January 2012 for 3 nights / 4 days. Place looked lovely from the outside on arrival, which is always a good sign. Up on the 3oth floor, we had wonderful views, but that was about the size of things. Room smelled very unclean, curtains were hanging off their tracking, leather lounge suite felt sticky and dirty to sit on and smelled of sweat. Wood floors were scratched to heck. 1 dish in the cupboard for breakfast. All the mirrors on the wall were covered in hand marks. Once the wind got up at night time, the kids bedroom sounded like there was a jet plane trying to land on the balcony! The noise was unbearable. TV reception was always hit and miss. Another downer is that I didn't realise that these were not daily serviced apartments, after phoning to confirm with Reception. There was no daily supply of fresh towels, these were an extra $2 each if required. Receptionists tone was very surly...Great location, however would not stay here again.

Checked in at 4pm 5th January 2012 and checked out again 15 minutes later. We had booked a 2 bed/2 bath unit for 5 nights. At first glance the apartment looked of a good size and modern decor, a little bit dark but not a problem. On closer inspection carpet was badly stained in most of the rooms, dirty marks on walls and something not very nice looking poking out of the master bathroom drain. My teenage daughter sat on the couch and said it felt "icky". Reception (Francois) was very obliging and offered to have carpets and couch cleaned and to send a cleaner up straight away to sort out the bathroom however we felt that no amount of cleaning would get rid of the badly stained carpet. Unfortunately due to the time of year they were fully booked and could not swap us to another room. We agreed to cancel our reservation and be on our way. Cannot rate any other aspect of the hotel as didn't even take the time to check out the pool floor (which I am told is fantastic). The reception area and staff were clean and friendly. I doubt all the rooms are of this standard maybe it was just out bad luck.
