We stayed on the 19th floor, and it was fantastic. A lovely clean apartment with relatively new furnishings. The only down side was that we were staying for a week, and they only provide 1 toilet roll, 1 sachet of dishwashing powder, and 1 sachet of washing machine powder. We asked at reception if they could give us more and were told to buy some ourselves. So for future reference, bring your own from home, or be prepared to buy some when you get to your accom, and then leave the rest for the cleaners, as you do.
Staff were good, although it is unmanned after 5pm. The pool/BBQ area is nice, and we used the Theatre too, which was very comfy with good sound.

great views..lovely modern apartment....safe free parking....all over australia we met lovely smiley helpful people...except for the reception at artique apartments..

GREAT FIND

Our apartment was on the 16th floor of this recently built high standard block, within walking distance of Surfers and Broadbeach. The check-in went smoothly and the reception staff were good throughout.

Phenomenal views of the entire area on three sides from our balconies greeted us as we entered. The Pacific, the hills and the river. We had everything needed in the apartment from Kitchen to the washer. The open Lounge/kitchen was huge and had three balconies and a Study area, the bedroom large with plentiful wardrobe space and the bed large very comfortable. The housekeeping was good but for the windows and this was a disappointment as it detracted from the marvellous scenes.

There are several reasonable restaurants nearby and a countless number of others within a one mile radius. Try Ormeros at the Marina near Main Beach, it is the best on the Gold Coast and although expensive it is worth it.

Surfers Beach is only a three minute stroll away.

The local bus service is great from the stop just outside the resort. It is cheap and very user friendly and trips along the coast in both directions are simple.

At A$193 per night for our three nights we considered it to be unbelievable value.

We certainly will use Artique again when we return.

Very impressed with the Artique. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with ocean views and the 23rd floor sights made it quite spectacular during the day and evening. Well appointed, spacious apartment and emmaculately clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities if you wanted to prepare a family meal. Not the usual scrimping on utensils that you often experience. Close to the beach and five minutes by car to Pacific Fair or Cavill Avenue. Afterhours check in was hassle free. We did not experience any of the issues articulated in recent reviews regarding customer service and can only say that our experience at the Artique was enjoyable and value for money.
