Totally disgusting, from the entry which smells like a sewer after a storm to entering the apartment which contained broken power points in nearly every room, broken stove, stained white damaged and broken coffee table, holes in doors and walls, dirty stained curtains and broken dryer, broken lamps, the pictures that you see when you book is not what you see when you get there...........would never return and will be advising others against going there.

We stayed at the Top of the Mark for 4 nights, we had a 2 room apartment, beautiful modern kitchen, master room had ensuite, location was perfect , walking distance to beach, busses, supermarket, shops attractions. Right in the heart of the busy surfers paradise , but we always felt safe at night walking with the kids. Very helpfull reception and superb value for money, great pool/spa pool and BBQ area which we used ,would book again when return

Top of the Mark doesn't look as fresh and clean as the photos portray, there is a weird odour throughout the establishment and it is generally very run down. In saying this, the location is fab being right in the heart of Cavill Mall area and the pool and barbecue area are very clean and comfortable. My husband, two young children and I never felt unsafe despite being right above nightclubs. The only other downside is the construction surrounding the establishment - but this cannot be helped and we were forewarned of the noise level prior to arriving.

holes in wall behind light switches, bathroom fittings a joke, more like non fittings. sheets and towels were clean, that was only positive.
if your 18 and looking for cheap central stay - then maybe this is it, otherwise spend the extra money and stay elsewhere (unless you are going to stay by pool, which is quite nice).
