We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't wait to leave. When we opened the door the first thing we saw was our cheap leather lounges were covered in duct tape holding them together. our bed was falling apart, uncomfortable and to our horror had blood stains on the end of the mattress. Further, when we accidentally moved the lounge the floor was filthy, it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years with dust and who knows what else growing underneath. Overall was utterly disappointed in the state of our apartment and will never stay there again!

I recently returned from a 5 night stay at the Enderley Gardens Apartments. I stayed with 2 friends and we only had a few issues. Overall it was a great experience, and we are going to stay there again in a few months time.

Negatives
- Not enough bedding, maybe it's a Queensland thing becasue the next place we stayed in had one thin blanket aswell.
-The fold out mattress was filthy, my friend that was ment to sleep on it folded it out once, saw the stains and never opened it again.
- The vacume cleaner that we used on the last day absolutley stunk like dirty stinky feet, couldn't stay in the room while it was being used.
-Not enough plates/bowls for a room having 3 people in it.
- One set of keys between 3 was a bit of a hassle, but we survived :)

Positives-
-The staff were so friendly, even when given a complaint for 'noise' they were very friendly and helpful and even let us check in earlier than expected.
-The pool and spa were amazing, such a nice place to relax in at night, always clean.
-The view, our apartment's balcony was slightly covered by trees, which was a good thing, the view from our balcony was of beautiful tropical trees and flowers.
-A washing maching and drier were such a life saver!
-Large tv to relax in front of.
-No Bugs, no roaches and like 2 flies.
-Clean facilites, the bathroom, the pool, the kitchen everything was in mint condition :)

I definatly reccoment to get a room that is not of the ground floor-much better view and priviacy!

I reccomend the Endereley Gardens to ALL of my friends and we're staying there again :)

Very disappointed in our stay at Enderley Gardens.. We had 5 people staying therefore had to have a pull out bed which we were totally fine with however when we arrived we had no linen for the extra bed and had to source it ourselves from staff. We only had dinner settings for 4, so one person had to eat from two smaller plates during dinner time - I was very disappointed as it stated to be a 5 person accommodation however it only had facilities for 4.
Our living area was terrible, the carpets needs replacing and the couch and chairs were in great need for replacement as you sunk so badly in them that you might as well sat on the ground.
We had a bedroom light that didn't work as well as bedroom lamps that didn't work either.
We only received 1 key between 5 people which was very inconvenient at times.
We also noticed the smell as others have commented on. Not having air conditioning was also a huge let down.
The pool was beautiful but that's not enough to stay there again.
I would not recommend staying there as there facilities and cleaning is not up to scratch.

I booked this hotel at the last minute as there weren't too many available at a decent price this time of the year.We stayed for 2 nights.This hotel is a 3 star and is just that.I must say that the owners and staff are lovely people and have taken over this hotel and trying to get it back into shape, yes the carpets need cleaning and the cleaners need to do a better job it is basically in need of refurbishment which I am told is happening slowly.We did have to change rooms once because of the smell, and the dirty carpets but the next day i noticed they were getting steamed cleaned.The atmosphere is good, and pleasant the pool is kept clean, there is a BBQ and sauna available,and undercover parking.Over all its not the cleanest but if you have a concern the staff are only to happy to fix any issues. Would I go back? Probably, but there is need of getting the rooms up to scratch , if your not too fussy and dont want to take out a small mortgage to go to the coast, this is fine in my opinion.
