very friendly staff and housekeeping. Rooms are a bit old but very clean and tidy . All the facilities great and close to beach . Enjoyed myself and had a fantastic holiday.

My partner and myself was so disappointed when we step into the room at the very first time..and we were planning to move out somewhere.. at the end.. we moved to Holiday Inn.
It looks old in the bedroom and the bath room but looks alright in the living room
Staff were not so friendly.
I can't say any hotel room can get 100% in cleanliness but this one.. not even 60%
It is quite far away if you would like to go shopping in the shopping area (in Surfers Paradise)

It is actually a good place to stay - in terms of price and cleanliness, however, I'm a bit picky and found it not so hygiene and clean.

Recently stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The resort has great facilities a gym, spa, sauna, tennis courts, squash court and a swimming pool. The resort is only a short walk from both Main Beach and Surfers Paradise so the location is perfect. The beach is just across the road.

Wow! We'll come back- friendly service and handy to everything we wanted. We used the gym, sauna and steam room. Recommend this place as it is clean and close to the beach.
