We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with a family of 4 a month ago and it was great fun staying there. The rooms were big and clean, the apartment had everything in it you needed when travelling with a family and it was a great place to stay. We stayed at 17th floor with amazing views of the Ocean and city. Its a well located appartment, near to market and ocean both. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor pools. Adil was very hospitable, on our request he kept our luggage in their locker room as we had our flight four hours after the checkout time. Thanks Adil for that. I recommend the Breakfree Peninsula to anyone who is looking for a good appartment in the Surfer Paradise.

My family and I had the privelage of staying in a 2 bedroom apartment on floor 36 (H) for 5 nights during Jan 2012. The view... I'm speechless. Apartments are fully self contained with everything you need for a great holiday. Situated across the road from Surfers main beach, a couple of blocks away from the mall in Cavill Ave and a short drive to all the theme parks the GC is renound for. The weather wasn't the best during our stay but everything else, including the very friendly and helpful staff, was perfect. I totally recommend the Breakfree Peninsula to anyone who is looking at accommodation in the GC.

This is the fifth time as a family we have stayed at the Peninsula. Friendly and helpful faces right from the moment you walk into the hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and have beautiful views over the beach. With two outdoor pools, one indoor and plenty of bbq's and tennis courts, there is always plenty to do.
Noise from parties has never been a problem, and it is ideally suited for families or couples looking for a quiet place to relax that is really close to the beach and cavill avenue. Thankyou once again to the staff at the Peninsula for making our holiday fabulous.
