The resort itsself is nicely arranged and totally renovated a few years ago. Relatively clean and huge and nice villas. We booked a 2 bedroom villa and got 3 bedrooms. Nice big kitchen with microwave etc. Clean and comfy rooms and beds. Nice bathroom, new air conditions.
Average breakfast. Staff a bit slow but friendly.
Bit far from city centre, allthough there is a shuttle bus for 4$.
Unfortunatly the lappool and gym (we were really looking forward to both) were closed since a few months for refurbishment (we could not see anything happening though for a week). That was really sad because no one told us when we were booking this place, which was not so cheap. So in total, it is a nice resort but not so good value for the price you pay. If everything would be working and be open. It would be average price ratio.

We stayed at the Rendezvous over New Years, and once again, we had a top stay! There are now additional tables and BBQ facilities which is great, especially when numerous people aim for the New Years Day BBQ.

The Pools are brilliant too - the one behind reception is really nice, but aimed more towards families as the water is slightly more shallow. The pool next to the BBQ facilities is much deeper, and slightly less families present.

The restaurant is really nice, and the service is ultra-friendly and super-fast.

What more is there to say? I've been here now i think 5 times, and every time we have a wonderful stay.

We stayed at this resort for one weekd during the New Year holidays, and overall we were happy with our unit. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked fine, the washer and dryer were great, the water pressure in the shower was good. We were a little disappoointed with the kitchen, because there was only a frying pan and a very small pot, and for a family of four, it made cooking very difficult. We ended up buying a big wok that we could use as a bigger frying pan or pot. There also was no coffee maker! The only supplied instant coffee packs, and a tiny coffee/tea press. Also, no real oven, only a small micro convention oven. They only provide 2 packs of dishwasher detergent, so if you are staying for more than two days you will have to buy more. The showers worked great, but I don't understand why there were no doors to stop the water from going out the shower stall and all over the bathroom floor. We had to put towels down in front of the shower, which got soaken wet after one shower. Crazy design! On the positive side, the swimming pools were great! But the fitness center was closed for remodeling. You should rent/hire a car if you stay at this resort, because it is not within walking distance to anything, unless you like walking a couple miles or plan to take tours that can pick you up at the resort.

We stayed early in the New Year as a family. we had 3 units ,so we can compare.
2 bedroom No 26 Newly renovated. All units are 2 stories. Stairs quite steep. Bedrooms small but adequate, There would be no space to fit a porta cot in main bedroom.
Strang but there was a 2nd TV in the twin room
Bed comfortable and pillows fine. Nice bathroom upstairs.
Ground floor good kitchen most utensils supplied . No oven but microwave is convection. Decent size fridge. Good laundry.
great pools and BBQ area.
Down side at BBQ no sink to clean up with or was hands.
WE had continental breakfasts included and was fine.Can upgrade to full for $7.00
Rooms could do with a good spring clean. Dust in corners, louvers and bathrooms.
