We spent 12 fantastic nights at Nautilus in Port Douglas. This was our first holiday away with our new baby, and we couldn't have asked for a better time. The apartment was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay, plus it was within easy walking distance to the main street.
We spent a few lazy days relaxing by the pool (right outside our room!), and had some great bbqs by the pool at night with friends we were holidaying with.
Mick and Sue were the perfect hosts; friendly and professional. They were able to recommend some fantastic local restaurants to eat at (we didnt have one bad meal out!), and gave great advice on tours and attractions. We went sailing at sunset, diving on the reef, and hiking in the rainforest. Mick and Sue even went above and beyond and managed to locate us a baby car seat so we could take a few day trips in the car. We really appreciated that!
All in all, we couldn't fault this trip....except for the fact that we had to come home!!

Mick and Sue at Nautilus are fabulous hosts. They are very knowledgable of local attractions, where to eat, where to walk/exercise and where to shop for a bargin. The location of Nautilus is spot on - 10 min shady walk into town, 10 min walk to the Marina, 2 min walk to the beach, and a bottle shop a stones throw away! The apartments are perfect, very spacious, immaculate, air conditioned and very private. We stayed with a group of 9 friends and three kids, spead across 3 apartments, one of the best days we had was just relaxing by the pool! 10/10 on everything, thanks Mick and Sue - we will be back!

We spent 8 nights at Nautilus with our two girls (9-13), we loved the rooms, very clean and spacious even had balconies in both bedrooms. Fully air conditioned, comfy beds, spare pillows and cable TV

Mick and Sue were very helpful and worked to make sure our stay was relaxing and fun.

A day on the reef (Quicksilver), Parasailing, Jetskiing a drive up to Cape Tribulation, Cane toad races and a trivia night in the local pub gave us plenty to do. The beach was fantastic and you can hire a sun longe and umbrella just to be super comfortable. Sue booked everything for us, all trips, transfers etc, just made it easy and the advice was always perfect.

Sea Temple golf is fantastic and a great place to hide while the girls trapse through the shops and market.

We had been to Port Douglas 10+ years back and it's better and cheaper than when we last visited.

Sue and Mick were fantastic hosts and continually helped us whenever we asked. Apartments are clean, very spacious even had two seperate balconies and Air conditioning in every room. Even had Austar so I could watch a little sport in morning while the girls applied the usual stuff before they could be seen in public.

We had a fun holiday with our two young girls (10-13), spent time on the reef, beach, Daintree Rainforest, watched Cane toad races at the local pub and joined a trivia night at the Irish pub. We all went on the tandem Parasailing and Jetskiing for some adrenalin and a few laughs which like everything was arranged and booked for us by Sue or Mick.

Would have loved a second trip to the great barrir reef had we had a little more time. If you're a golfer take a trip to the Sea Temple course, easily the best course I've played and staff there were friendly and helpful.

Excellent place to stay and a very nice part of the world to visit.
