We booked 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment, but ended up leaving after 1 night. A combination of circumstances affected our stay and contributed to our decision to leave after just one night including cockroaches in the bathroom and the living room, some of the electrics not working meaning we couldn't use any kitchen facilities, watch TV or use the laundry facilities (though the owners did let us use laundry facilities in another apartment), cobwebs on some of the walls, very dirty carpets in the bedrooms and rubbish under one of the beds. For the price paid, we were entitled to expect far far better room conditions than those we endured. To their credit, the owners, who were a very helpful European couple (Swiss and German), apologised for our experience and immediately offered us a refund for the remaining 2 nights. I hope that our experience was a one-off and judging by other reviews (which we had used in making our booking), other guests do not appear to have had these issues so hopefully the owners have dealt with the problems that impacted on our stay there.

Thank you for taking the time to express your experience while staying at our resort.
All the apartments have been treated in December by our professional pest control people.
When we prepared and checked the apartment before your arrival, we did not find any cockroaches. Insects are a constant companion in the tropics and when the rainy season starts they are looking for a nice and dry place.
We highly appreciate your feedback, which is very useful as we strive to continuously improve our service and products.
