We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom fully self contained appartment with our 2 year old son, and the inlaws. Was great to have two seperate rooms and seperate bathrooms. Lovely large central living area, and fully self contained kitchen with full sized fridge was great! We also had our own washer and dryer, which was wonderfully handy! A great balcony area as well, with a awesome views! Great central pool on site. Great aircon. Room was private and quiet, even with Christmas celebrations going on around us. Off street parking, with electric roller door, piece of mind for the hire car! About a 5 minute walk to the Cairns central shopping centre. About a 5 minute drive to the centre of town. Only thing that was a bit of a bother was staying on the top level and having no lifts! Great for families with kids! Great pricing!

“Absolutely Fabulous and great rates”

...you have to stay at this place. The apartments are spacious, very clean and tidy, great rates. Walking distance to pubs, shopping centres, cinema. Pool, BBQ area, very friendly staff, nothing was a bother. In fact I had the best itinerary made for me by Geoff the Manager, they certainly know their stuff at City Terraces!

“Enjoy your stay”

My travel agency got me this place for my one week trip.
Although the hotel view from the street is not very obvious, but the room I got, a self-content apartment with a tropical setting, is very roomy and clean at a very good price ($60/night).
15-minute walk to city centre is not too bad under Cairns' humid weather.
Last but not least, great friendly staff. Thanks!

“Handy location, Very Clean & Comfortable, Great Hosts”

Enjoyed a week's stay at these lovely apartments.
Very helpful hosts made us feel welcome and had good suggestions for tours and trips.
Whilst we had a room facing the street (not the pool), the bedroom was at the other end so we weren't aware of street noise if there was any.
Good laundry facilities.
We enjoyed our walks to the city, markets & cafes and look forward to another opportunity to stay at City Terraces.

“Quiet, convenient, value for money with excellent service!”

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at City Terraces where the staff provided excellent service and we believe we received great value for our money.
The location was very quiet and convenient as it is only a short walk to the main restaurants and shopping areas.
I would recommend booking your tours at the resort when you first arrive as they can provide you with a number of valued tours.
We would like to thank the team at City Terraces for a most memorable stay!
