Was booked into the All Seasons Sunshine Tower at Cairns, first impression was not good from the outside. Checked into the room and found bed bugs in the bed. Packed my gear up and left there and found another motel to check into. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The accomodation up front, although a bit old school, seemed ok for the money. The room rate was $80 per night, not a lot but concidering how many are on the same road for cheaper, i would expect better.
I asked for the room to be serviced and all that was done was the rubbish bin empties. The old towels and face washer were just hung back up. The tea and coffee centre noe refilled even after specifically asking and the bed, they didnt even bother to make it, just peuuled the doona up to cover the thing.
All in all a really crap experience and i hope nobody uses this accomodation.

When I heard we were off to cairns i was delighted - Plenty of sun
I got there to find that Cairns can have rain in July.
that might be why I was not impressed with this hotel
We had an apartment beside the pool.
the room did not look clean and i spent my first night cleaning the outside of the fridge
there was a restaurant on site but breakfast was from 7.30 and seemed to end before 9.
Dinner seemed to end very early also , but was very nice and a good price also.
Overall I was not happy with hotel/ apartment

This is an affordable, but ordinary hotel on the main road from Cairns city out to the airport and the north. The rooms are fairly standard motel-style arrangements with nothing special to note. The bathroom was a bit faded. There were a few things I wouldn't have accepted in a higher-rated hotel, but given the price (quite cheap for Cairns) and my short stay, I didn't mind it too much.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel is a bit of a walk from anything of interest in the city. It can be just a little bit uncomfortable walking at night in the area.
