We were in Cairns overnight following a holiday. The transport into Cairns was very late and the reception staff were extremely helpful. This was also the case the following morning when we stored luggage and arranged a Taxi.

Stayed here after we returned early in the morning from a liveaboard diving trip. We where able to check in as a room was ready. The room was fairly big, clean, big shower and in a central location so you could reach everything by foot. Would stay here again.

enjoyed the room, however, the restaurant staff decided to leave extremely early thereby depriving us of a meal after a long days drive. There was no luggage rack in the room. There was cheap soap/shampoo dispensers attached to the walls in the bathroom. Desk ormanents were glued to the table tops?? Otherwise, we enjoyed our brief stay; the bed was great, the space was ample, the room was overall very good. Very very disappointed in the restaurant / dinner situation however.

My partner, son and I stayed here for 5 nights in October. The hotel staff were friendly, the room was great (although small with a cot), breakfast was included in our hotel price and there was plenty to choose from. The hotel was in perfect walking distance to the esplanade, shops, restaurants etc. Dinner from the hotel restaurant was well priced and quiet decent especially in comparison to some of the places along the tourist strip. Only downside was parking as it was very limited and restricted to the street.
