Easy to find, just on the main road through Cairns. Stayed for one night on the way back from the far north. It was a great recovery experience after driving for days on rough roads with the bonus of having our ute parked under cover when it was raining quite heavily. The room was surprisingly large and fairly well appointed, with just one thing in need of attention. The grouting between bath and wall tiles was more or less nonexistent, but I am sure that the maintenance crew will pick that up in the near future and put a bead of sealant there.
We were planning to have a meal in the hotel restaurant, but by the time we got settled we were too tired to go down. We ordered a room service meal with a glass of wine and it was great.
I would stay again when driving through Cairns next time.

We did an overnight here on the last day of our holiday up north. The staff are pleasant and the rooms appear to have undergone a recent makeover with new soft furnishings. The grounds i.e. gardens need some work and the exterior is getting due for something. You do need a car as the hotel is away from the main end of the city. We didn't try the restaurant. The pool was small but OK. Again the grounds needed some work.

I found the staff headed buy a very friendly leader Leanne to be extremely friendly and helpful. Any family, individual, or business person passing through Cairns, needs to call in and say hello and have a stay. Gym and pool with a laundry, great meals good prices.
Don't stay away

I just recently stayed at this hotel and I was so pleased with the visit I had to write. I visited Cairns on a whim and luckily ended up at this hotel. I considered this hotel clean and a best-value visit. The stand-out experience for me - was the hotel team from the night I checked-in until the time I left. Leanne and Stuart were so helpful in understanding my sightseeing priorities that they called several tour operators to arrange and compile the best itinerary for me. Their knowledge, contacts and recommendations gave me a wonderful experience in Cairns.
