When we arrived to check in after our flight from Cairns, reception was closed. We called the number repeatedly before someone finally answered. We were told that we missed our check in and that if they wanted to they could cancel our reservation, even though we paid months in advance. He actually said this several times. It is not good consumer service to threaten your paying guests with cancelling their room, with no refund, especially guests that are travelling with an infant and a toddler, and who paid in full in advance. He finally put us in a room that looked like a concrete prison cell, all for the "bargain" price of $158.00 per night. Please look at the pictures I posted. I also had to kill a cockroach. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I would recommend however that the proprietors take a class or two in customer service.

had a wonderful stay. Lovely staff, friendly and unobtrusive, felt like home away from home. Very central, close to supermarket, transport and eateries. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended place to stay in Brisbane

We stayed in the 2 bed executive town house. It was a good size, comfortable and clean and new towels were supplied everyday. It is within walking distance of Chinatown and central Brisbane. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only not so good point was that the rugs in the rooms could do with a good vacuum clean.

Had to stay in this hotel for 1 week as a stop Gap arrangement before I moved into a rental accomodation.

The Hotel is nice, clean small and silent as it is not on the main street. It gave me a relaxing stay and the people/property managers are also friendly.

Overall a nice play to relax and an easy walk to the River Walk under the bridge.
