Stayed here for a week whilst in Brisbane on business. The units were relatively clean and very comfortable - but a little noisy due to the fact there was a school group / group of young people staying - who spent most of the time running up and downstairs "visiting" each other at all times of the night.
The units are well equipped - we cooked for ourselves most nights - despite the fact that the units are very close to Toowong Village and other restaurants just up the road at Milton.
Very handy to shops and other facilities - bus stop on the main road and not far to Toowong Station - although we had a hire car.
Would stay here again.

Stayed at Toowong Villas whilst visiting family for the weekend - overall not a great experience, quite dissapointing really. Office closes at 7pm so rang to advise that might be after this time, so key was left in a locked box which was fine. Map and key provided in envelope. Map was unclear with little intructions on where to park for which rooms. Drove around the car park several times before identifying room location as their was no signage visable from the car park for our room. Then the car parks near the room were all full. Not really an issue but some signage and/or a better map would go a long way. I had registered my amex as security. On the website and in the 3 conversations I had with reception over the phone it was not once mentioned that their was an significant charge for using an amex which they happily charged an extra $15 for. People staying at Toowong Villas are clearly looking at cost effective accomodation. A phone call to mention there is an additional $15 fee just might be what some would call service.
We stayed in a top floor 2 bedroom villa - quite spacious though very outdated, lots of stairs not good for elderly or kids, not so clean. Bed spreads were stained and blankets looked dirty, bath matt had marks on it. Curtains were very old and didnt block out the light so was awake both mornings before 5am. Kitchen sink was not clean, instructions to ensure you clean the room yourself were quite harsh and advise that a fee will be incurred. Also tea bags, coffee and sugar are provided but no milk? Milk is available at reception to purchase which is useless at 7.30pm. I have never stayed anywhere that has provided tea and coffee facilities but no milk? Strange and annoying - for what would be a minimal cost.
The shower was terrible - no water pressure whatsoever and extreamly difficult to maintain a consistant temperature fluctuating between scolding and freezing. $393 for 2 nights of cold showers, waking up early and a place that feels dirty. Will definitely be looking elsewhere when visiting my family in the furture.

Positives were good TV's and good location.

This time stayed in a lovely 2 bedroom unit. Unit was very neat, tidy and clean. Very good kitchen with large fridge and dishwasher. Washer and drier in the bathroom. Balcony off main living area. In walking distance to shops, restaurants and the river. Second time we've stayed here and would definately do so again. PS: Having 2 TV's also came in handy.

Clean rooms, well maintained. Conveniently provided with a washer and dryer. Internet is expensive and out of line with costs in comparable facilities.
