Found this hotel by chance and I am so pleased I did. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The room was large, quiet, clean and well appointed. This hotel is right in the CBD, walking distance to restaurants, shopping,and entertainment. When we arrived a jazz band was playing on the street corner. We had a great stay and I have recommended the hotel to my friends.

We had a two night stay. The location can't be beaten. The room was great, spacious, well equipped and very clean. Our room was on the inside and very quiet.

Staff are great too. We ate at the restaurants associated with the property and they were excellent. Great service and great food. So, well recommended. All in all a great place to stay in central Brisbane. My only comment was the common area near the entrance was a bit grotty from the restaurant's kitchen.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights whilst in Bribsnae for a conference. This hotel is in a fantastic position as it is right on the queen street mall and central to everywhere you want to go. The thing that made this stay so great for us was that we requested the manager to make our room up for us with rose petals and candles and she did everything we asked for and more with no additional cost. This is a very rare thing to come across these days as most hotels add on and extra 200 dollars to do these sort of things. The room was beautiful and spacious and we will stay there any time we visit brisbane in the future.

Great value central hotel, clean, good size room.
Staid a couple of times and unfortunatly last time the children in the room next door where a little noisy from 6am but that isn't the hotels fault.
We have enjoyed each stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for good value central hotel in Brisbane.
