Comfortable, good service, pretty good location. Right over the Roma street station, a little bit of a walk from Queen street mall, but pretty good.

Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is right above the train station and bus station. The rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. By contrast, you can not open the window which does not disturb us. The location is about ten minutes walk from the center or a few minutes by metro. The staff was friendly and we have nothing to complain about.

This is the first time i stayed in this hotel and to be honest, I didn't have any expectation on this one because I've never been to Brisbane and it's my friend who booked it.
I have to say that this Holiday Inn is so much better than the other 3 that I've stayed before: perfect location (about 20 steps from train station), newly-renovated lobby, big rooms, full amenities in room. This one is the best among the 4 hotels that we've been staying during our Aussie trip.
Despite the concierge staff having made an unprofessional decision on the booking of a day tour for us, everything else is great and I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Some people have an image in mind when they think of Holiday inn, I for one was one of those people however Holiday inn Brisbane has changed that perception. The rooms(on the executive floor) are modern and reasonably spacious. I travel mostly for business so the ability to work in the room is priority one, HI Brisbane has a great work desk, spacious and well lit. Easy to get to, the Airport rail link is located next the to hotel and its just a short walk to the Queens Street mall area. Breakfast is a good selection of hot dishes, fruit and cereals although the toaster takes some practice to produce something other than burnt offerings(hahaha)
