Stayed here in a 2 bedroom apartment last weekend, level 13. What was good: large bedrooms, well equipped kitchen (enough cutlery and crockery for 4, dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric stove, microwave), a good lounge area, adequate bathroom with a shower that will handle 2 people (and washer and dryer, though limited bathroom supplies), a good gym, and pool, centrally located (ten minutes walk from central railway), courteous and helpful staff, clean (with a couple of caveats), balcony (stunning views of the glass and adamantine steel towers of silence that populate Brisbane's CBD - with the occasional glimpse of sky). What was bad: only one sachet of washing up fluid and dishwasher powder (you can buy more, but that was a bit frugal), the air con is in the lounge and really doesn't get to the bedrooms (and we were on the western side, so the bedrooms were a bit uncomfortable), when we arrived, one bedroom was locked (fixed very promptly) and the tv didn't work (fixed in about two hours), the other half of the air-con was on the balcony, so it was hotter, there were stains on the carpet and lounge, though not significant, the pool is a long narrow 'lap' pool, so it is difficult to just go for a flounder. Overall, I'd recommend it, and would certainly use it again.
