I stay here for work a few times a year. The hotel is undergoing some upgrades. It's a lovely location and the hotel itself is great. However staff lack in attentiveness to customer service. This is the only thing that lets the hotel down. Also the fire alarm going off both mornings before 5am and evacuating the building, was certainly not ideal. I felt sorry for people staying there on holidays.

We stayed here for 5 days and from the time we arrived we couldn't fault anything. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was excellent.. modern, clean, spacious and nice view and balcony. Only 2 minutes to the epicentre of Darwin. Opposite the property is the beautiful Bicentennial Park, where, from your room, you can watch numerous alcohol drinking parties of the locals around the clock despite the prohibition! These gatherings actually spread to the property at 4am one morning causing quite a ruckus! Overall a great place to stay! 5 stars.

I get up to Darwin every year and this is definitely my preferred hotel. Great location on Esplanade parkalnds, and if you get the right room, views of the harbour and sunsets. Hotel is comfy, relaxed, good service and has a good pool. Recommended.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The staff were exceptional in their attention to detail. The room overlooked the city of Darwin and was close to all attractions. There was a supermarket nearby and many restaurants to chose from in Mitchell St (200m away), This place is tops and we would totally recommend to families, couples or singles.
