Friendly staff, stayed a few nights in Wagga. Great location, shopping was a treat, I was able to shop til I dropped, The Hotel being right in the shopping hub i could walk back to my room to drop off bags & have cuppa and then continue on. The room oh so comfy definitely get an exec spa it was big airy and had spa end of day.

Was kindly upgraded to the executive spa room which had a new king bed so comfortable
Location was perfect, we could walk to our meetings and then at night so many options for resturants close by
We definitely will return on our next trip to see the new renovations completed

Stayed in a standard room and as long as you don't mind no external window (only window in room looked onto hall) it was an ok experience. Room is small but the decor and bathroom have been recently updated and have that modern look. Certainly clean and thankfully no smell of cleaning agents that seems to be ever pervasive in other small hotels. Didn't have much interaction with staff but seemed ok.

Only major complaint was that the wifi only worked in one corner of the room which made it unusuable.

Overall it was ok but next time I'd be asking for a room with an external window and one in which the wifi worked.

Stayed at this hotel yearly for the last 7 years. Constantly changing things and improving the rooms. I've always stayed in the executive spa suite. Large room with king bed and sitting area with table and chairs. Lots of natural light due to the large floor to ceiling window. Only thing I would suggest is an ipod dock.
