This hotel is well located for access to Kings Cross, East Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. The room and furnishings were in good condition; with a modern feel to the decor. Lighting was quite dim in keeping with the vibe of the place, probably a bit too dark for my tastes, but nothing worth complaining about. The bathroom was modern and well equipped, the room was quiet, and overall we're glad we stayed here.

The location is easy to access by car and public transport, although the parking situation requires a bit of luck (even if pre-booked).

Great location, staff friendly. Rooms are very fresh and clean. Will come back again. Great sleep at night compare to other hotel i stay at Kingcross area.

This place is expensive for unfriendly service you receive. Breakfast is at one of two cafes close by and these were awful! Staff are rude, broken glass on the patio ground outside, quilt dirty and only sheets, no Doona cover. I won't stay here again.

The hotel is well positioned to take full advantage of the Darlinghurst, Potts Point and the Kings Cross offerings whilst at the same time very quiet within the room.

• Public transport (rail/ city bus) access is at most a five minute walk away but often closer.
• Bed and bedding within the room is particularly comfortable.
• All staff encountered were friendly and accommodating to my requests.
• In room entertainment is a little better than standard for a hotel at this level.
• The in room Wi-Fi is a slow though I am advised that the hotel is addressing this.

I did identify an issue in the room that reflects more upon a previous guest than the hotel but once brought to the attention of the front desk team it was handled quickly, efficiently and to my satisfaction.
