Ok, the apartment inside was fairly clean. All the bathroom fixtures could have done with upgrading. The small balcony was very dirty and consequently unusable. The pool on the roof was not clean either and when we checked it out there were no chairs. You wouldn't have wanted to take a dip no matter how hot it was! This side of Bondi is very seady by Sydney standards and probably not a neighbourhood you'd want to stay in really. North Bondi looked like it was more pleasant. I guess you get what you pay for ($110 per night for us). We wanted an apartment so we could cook a little to save money but the two element cooker was from the dark ages and frankly didn't work. I guess a visit to Bondi Beach is on every tourist's agenda, but limit it to an afternoon and stay elsewhere - Sydney has so much more to offer.

We had a basic,clean,fully funished studio apartment on level 9. The location of the building is very central within the Bondi area near food outlets,coffe shops,bar etc alsi easy wakk to Bindi Beach.Very goof value if you are niot used to 5 star hotels

Very central location, easy walking to coffee shop, railway station, pubs and Bondi Beach . Very clean studio apartment with kitchen & on site communal laundry. A lot of young persons around- quite fun place to stay. Great roof top pool.the studio apartment was quite spacious with a veranda with good view.The complex is not new but we had reasonable rate in a matter of fact quite a bargain. Good on site coffee shop with breakfast for only $9. Recommended

We stayed ( 3 girls) in a studio apartment which was basic bur\t clean,spacious,v\fully equipped with a nice veranda for smoking.Great Central Bondi area walking to the beach,punbs,coffee shops and parties.Very good rate for bondi- we had weekly rate.A lot of your persons in the complex.Nice roof top pool.we will be back in beautiful Bondi next Year!!!

The location is great near the Beach, coffee shops,pubs and all what Bondi can offer to young persons. Basic but clean studio budget apartments at very reasonable rate. good roof top pool. great for the young ones
