It is not a 5 star accommodation but 5 star for location and value.The complex is not modern and partly under renovation.Our apartment - a studio apartment was spacious,clean and fully equipped.Very good rate for 5 star location in Bondi!

myself and my partner stayed 6 week in Bondi furnished apartments in Bondi Road. The location was magic close to everywhere in both Bondi & still n the Sydney area. A lot of reasonably price, late trading coffe shops and restaurant and still close to the Beach and night life areas of Bondi Beach.The complex is not modern and need update but our studio apartment was spotless, nicely furnished , not upmarket but very suitable for our stay.It has a kitchen and there is a self serviced laundry that you can use.It was very reasonable weekly rate which include electricity,water, linen and weekly service- great value for Sydney accommodation!

Very dissatisfied with the condition of the property, getting woken up early morning by the sound of jack hammers (literally outside my window) and being billed twice (once by the website https://www.cheaperthanhotels.com.au/reservations/confirmation.aspx that I prepaid and booked online and second time by the property upon arrival). When i sought to resolve the double billing issue, the management was extremely unhelpful and denied doing so. I needed my bank to get involved when i returned to file a complaint.

Do not stay here and if anyone thinks this is 3 stars, they are sadly mistaken.

Great location, easdy walk to the beach coffee shops,restaurants ,bar & shops.
We stay in a modest but spotless cleaned studio apartment for 5 nights in Bondi Waldorf Serviced Apartment. Very good value for a Bondi- Sydney Stay
