Had a casual dinner in the upstairs restaurant with 2 others. Super atmosphere, attentive service and well presented tasty dishes. Highly recommend dining experience.

Absolutely no problems. Not romantic, not exceptional but right on. The staff was friendly and helpful, the WiFi was free and good quality. Everything worked. Breakfast was $AU15 but that is not bad in Sydney. It had all the fresh fruit we could eat, bottomless coffee etc.

We used the hotel as a stopover on our way from London to Melbourne. Arriving at an unearthly hour on a Sunday morning off a long haul flight, our room was ready and the staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful.
Located on a main bus route into CBD and all the main Sydney sites, right on the city sightseeing bus route and in the middle of Paddingtons lovely shops and cafes, it was a perfect location.

Breakfast was substantial and they also offered a discount on an evening meal in the next door pub which was really tasty and good value.
Lovely looking little pool and seating area which we never got to use but would be great on a hot day.

Great value for money and definitely worth a visit.

Stayed here for 9 nights as part of a round the world trip. We had a garden room that was a free upgrade, we had'nt asked for it but was offered by Marc the manager. Room had free wi-fi, air con, iron, coffee/tea making facilities, safe, flat screen T.V, fridge and was neat, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, nice safe area, lovely little cafes and nice places to eat. Bus stops 100 yards away and Sydney Harbour is 10 minutes by bus or a 25 minute walk away. If you are into the beach Bondie is a 15 minute bus ride in the opposite direction.
There are some lovely shops in the area that are very chic and trendy, very up market and very expensive but great to window shop. Dont miss the arts and craft market every Saturday, loads of hand made items,photo's and paintings etc. We enjoyed a great stay.
