I rang and told booking that i wanted to be in the room at 1Pm upon arriving at 11.30am office unattended so rang at 11.45am and told staff member we were attending my brother in laws funeral and neeeded to get changed by 1pm told me cleaners had not got to our room and we couldnt have keys to the room therefore we had to go to public toilets to get changed at 1.20pm .How disgusting is that???

This is very good value for money. My partner and I stayed here for three nights with my parents. It was ideal for a family vacation. The apartments are a little tired and could do with updating, but they are spacious and offer a large living area with a balcony as well as a kitchen, which enabled us to save on breakfasts and other meals if we wanted to. There is a Coles supermarket just across the road to purchase bread, cereal, milk etc. and the Waldorf provide tea and coffee in the kitchen. We arrived well before our check in time as we had travelled that day from the US and the staff worked very quickly to enable us to check in to our apartment early. We found the staff at all times to be very helpful and accommodating. We stayed on a higher floor and there was very little noise from the street below. The apartments are a very short walk from Darling Habour, China Town and the city center.

Arriving after dark in Liverpool Street, it took us an hour and a half to find the hotel. The entrance was poorly lit. Many times during our 5-day stay, the automatic front door and the car park gates failed to open when we used our swipe card. Rooms were adequate and reasonably priced for the central location.

A roomy one bedroom in the heart of Sydney for $150 per night! I wondered what I would get. I stayed one night in this hotel in a one-bedroom apartment. It is a little dated, but was very roomy and the washer and dryer was a bonus! The shower is seperate from the bath which is nice. The balcony overlooking Liverpool Street accessed from the bedroom and the living room was great. Full sized kitchen also nice. Nearly on the corner of George Street and walking distance to lots of Sydney (including Westfield and Darling Harbour) was good. I would certainly recommend this place to my friends.
