“Tough Reviewer, Great Location, Value for Money”

we stayed mid December 2011 for one night. the location is ideal fro exploring the Darling Harbour area. the room was clean modern with a full kitchen. No WiFi in room. pool, spa and gym for hotel guests. Value for money. one down side the roll away bed was so uncomfortable my daughter had to sleep on the couch. despite this the hotel provided a positive experience.

“Seasons Darling Harbour 252 Sussex Street Sydney”

Just spent 7 nights. We booked 2 bedroom apartment and were given 2 x 1 bedroom apartments. From the moment we arrived whereby we had the most wonderful female staff member check us in and give us a map to get our bearings. Our apartments were great. TV in one apartment only had limited channels but did not really care as were out so much.
Fantastic location! Close to all the restaurants just a short walk over the walkway bridge to the Darling Harbour precinct. Another short walk to Pitt/George Streets for the shopping and could not resist some of the bargains on offer. Easy walk down the street to Circular Quay to catch the ferries and more eating places.
The staff were so very helpful but one stands out and will definitely be writing a letter complimenting this person to management.

Room Tip: We had rooms on the 5th floor, front facing Sussex Street and down the laneway.

“Great Suites in an excellent Location.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 January 2012

We stayed here from the 28th to the 29th of December, and only booked this room on the same afternoon for a very reasonable rate, for the fact that it is in the city center of Sydney and in the time between Christmas and New Years.

The first problem was parking, there is a little taxi strip in front of the hotel but it was full with taxis so we went into the nearby car park. It was okay to leave the car there until closing time (after 6pm) for $15 or overnight for $40. In the middle of Sydney that seems reasonable and its more or less the same everywhere. We were checked in promptly and staff were very friendly.

The room was very big, more like a suite, with a full living room, a kitchen inluding a dish washer, a large bedroom with TV and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. It was very clean and modern enough for my taste. The lighting in the hallways and the lift were very dim but I rather liked it, it seemed very relaxed. Neon-bright steel-and-glass hotels always seem a bit hectic in terms of lighting and brightness. Cosy would describe it best! The beds were perfectly comfortable!

We checked out at 11.30 the next morning, again staff were great & helpful, pointing us in necessary directions and providing us with necessary information.

The location just couldnt be better. Chinatown with its nice restaurants and dining options is less than one minute away, to Darling Harbour and the IMAX it is maybe five minutes at most.

I would, no, I WILL definitely stay at this hotel again next time I am in Sydney.

Room Tip: We had Room 920 and it was great! Seemed to be in a more quiet corner of the building.

“For the price..Amazing”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 January 2012

This was booked fairly last minute for a party of 6 of us just before Christmas and on a stay two nights get the third free deal so to begin with I had low expectations as I didn't expect anywhere decent to have availability but I have been proven wrong! The rooms we stayed in had a small kitchenette (more than adequate for the stay, including a mini bar), a separate living area with desk, flat screen tv, sofa and dining table (way too large for us to put to use!), a bedroom with one of the comfiest beds ever and an en suite bathroom which had THE most powerful shower I have come across! (A major plus for me!) The room and bathroom were clean and we loved staying here! In terms of location, yes it's right by China Town as everyone has said and it's a bit of a walk to Sydney harbour but nothing is impossible or unreasonable and it wasn't something that made a huge impact to our holiday but can imagine it being a little inconvenient for a longer stay. Only tiny little thing I would say is that getting to the rooftop pool is a bit of a hassle and on 1 or 2 occasions it took a while for reception to assist with problems in the room but overall the staff are all friendly and helpful and I would recommend this hotel to anybody!

Room Tip: Only some rooms have balconies (I think the ones facing China town?)

“Convenient, but not all I expected”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 December 2011

This facility is great with regard to location to China Town, Darling Harbour and many attractions. We were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the room, and the response time to a couple of our requests to fix a couple of minor issues.
