One of Sydney's better upmarket hotels - warm and inviting with good staff. Good rates available at certain times and while on the expensive side the food is great. Rooms are also big and light and you're right in the centre of Sydney.

The Sheraton on the park used to be decent. It is in a great locale, but service and maintenance have really been neglected. The beds appear very old and saggy. The fittings in the bathroom and desk are aged badly. Check-in was so very slow and many people with only one checkin assistant - so annoying when you arrive at a hotel and you have to wait so long to get to your room. Room service was slow and poorly. Food was cold and I called them to say and she was very rude on the phone. Everything like breakfast and coffee is expensive - a rip off. Don't stay here - try another hotel instead

This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at in Sydney. Big room and great bathroom (with separate bath). We had a package with breakfast and although the restaurant was very busy (Sunday morning) we only waited about 2 minutes to be seated and the service was perfect. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, very relaxed. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. Definately a great place to stay in Sydney.

This is a great business hotel--it looked quite new and elegant, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast spread was incredible. Customer service was excellent with perfect patience for my English-only speaking.The scenery outside is another great feature of the hotel where you can see the stunning views from the hotel. Awesome stay. Will definitely visit here again sooner.
