The Sheraton on the park used to be decent. It is in a great locale, but service and maintenance have really been neglected. The beds appear very old and saggy. The fittings in the bathroom and desk are aged badly. Check-in was so very slow and many people with only one checkin assistant - so annoying when you arrive at a hotel and you have to wait so long to get to your room. Room service was slow and poorly. Food was cold and I called them to say and she was very rude on the phone. Everything like breakfast and coffee is expensive - a rip off. Don't stay here - try another hotel instead

Thank you for taking the time to write the review regarding your recent stay at the Sheraton on the Park. We very much appreciate your feedback as it continually allows us the opportunity to review and improve our service and facilities.

I was most concerned to learn of the shortfalls you highlighted during your stay with us. Rest assured I have taken on board your comments with regards to the service and we are constantly investing into the maintenance and restoration of our Hotel, which is always an ongoing project.

Siom T, we pride ourselves in taking care of our guests here at the Sheraton on the Park and on this occasion we have obviously fallen short of the mark and for this I sincerely apologize. Once again, thank you for your comments and should your travels return you to our shores, I would welcome the opportunity to recreate your experience here at Sheraton on the Park.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at in Sydney. Big room and great bathroom (with separate bath). We had a package with breakfast and although the restaurant was very busy (Sunday morning) we only waited about 2 minutes to be seated and the service was perfect. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere, very relaxed. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. Definately a great place to stay in Sydney.

“Excellent hotel and in a great location”

This is a great business hotel--it looked quite new and elegant, the rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast spread was incredible. Customer service was excellent with perfect patience for my English-only speaking.The scenery outside is another great feature of the hotel where you can see the stunning views from the hotel. Awesome stay. Will definitely visit here again sooner.

My favorite hotel in Sydney. Great rooms, great business facilities. You will be right in the middle of the city and all of Sydney's great shopping. Harbour and Opera House close by too. If you're not into the big breakfast (I find buffets too costly as my breadkfast requirements are minimal) try having breakfast in David Jones food hall next door. Great gym and pool too. Staff always welcoming. Luxury and comfort assured.

“Our fav Sydney hotel”

We are in Sydney at least 5 or 6 times a year and when we can the Sheraton on the Park is our choice of place to stay. Try and get the park stay and play deal which is normally about $280. It includes parking and breakfast for two. The breakfast is possibly the best I have had anywhere and great value when you get it as part of the deal. Rooms are of the standard you would expect and you will want one of the beds to take home. I also like the bar for a drink before dinner, great selection and very relaxing. You are walking distance to most of the good places to eat in the city. Like most sheratons the service is not over the top but your needs are catered for and the staff are helpful. One little tip is we always take our swimmers, summer or winter as the pool way up on one of the top levels has a great view.
