I stayed at this apartment hotel, because I couldn't get a reasonable rate with the group I normally stay with...& that was using my member card to get the best rate!!
I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with Darling Harbour views,on the 9th floor for 2 nights.
The bed was super comfy, plenty of room in the bathroom & the lounge kitchen/dining area was great.
The kitchen had recently been refurbished & was great, but the furniture was tired & in need of replacement....is in progress I was told.
The staff were very helpful, & the cleaning staff were exceptional.
The only problem I had was the noisy neighbours...sadly I could hear every word of their arguments!
The facfilities were great, gym & pool.
The hotel is just across from the Town Hall station, & just a short walk...uphill...from Woolworths & the QVB complex.
I would stay here again, price dependant, & would recommend to all.

If you are looking for a cosy, comfortable apartment a couple of minutes walk from Darling Harbour, then this is the place. We were pleasantly surprised to find this lovely hotel with a great location. From the time we checked in with the very friendly and helpful front office staff until we checked out it was a great experience. Our appartment room was lovely, very clean,and spacious. The only negative being the bathroom was on the small side, but the bonus was a washing machine and cloths dryer which was great for us as we were travelling through and got to do quite a bit of washing and got everything dryed. We will definately be staying at the hotel again and can confidently recommend it.

Stayed here at the beginning of November just as it was being taken over from the Somerset group.We were a group of four, we had read the the reviews before we booked so a mail exchange assured us we would be well looked after and we were, we had an upgrade to the penthouse suite all very spacious but I,m afraid a little tired. The staff were great , vert helpful even suggesting that we went round the corner to enjoy free flat whites and wifi. The location is great, just round the corner from darling harbour. We enjoyed our stay here, but 4 star it ain't, the Seasons group will need to do a major upgrade to warrant 4 stars.

We stayed here in December 2011. I asked when I booked for an early check in as we would be arriving by train. After waiting well over half an to check in, we were told that they did not have a room ready. As I was attending a business lunch, I had no option but to changed my clothes in the toilet.
After attending the luncheon, we arrived back at the hotel at 3.00pm only to be told that they
still did not have a room ready for us. We were left sitting in the Foyer. Due to bad weather, my Husband and I were very wet and again looking forward to changing into dry clothes. Again we waited half an hour until my Husband approached the desk and complained about the poor service. Finally after 7 hours of trying to get a room that was booked days in advance were we given a room.
Never again the service was a disgrace.
