I was extremely disapointment at it's location! I assumed that when paying extra for a view or the harbour that the view would include at least part of the bridge or the opera house. It did not. I have no idea why I had to pay extra for the "view" It was nothing special.
I would have been better off trying to wash my hair in the loo! There was more pressure in the flush than the shower.
Was not impressed at being laughed at when asked the front desk if there was a posibilility of getting a DVD player.

“It is an excellent and elegant hotel and very very handy location to everything you want to go to”

If you are a tourist you should choose this hotel as it offers everything you require and need. It is very classy and stylish. The atmosphere is very friendly and great service when you need it. The unique part is they have 6 internets and very comfortable seat for you to sit on when using the internet and also it is free which I enjoyed using. The views in this hotel is spectacular and I was extremely lucky to see the fireworks in Darling Harbour and it reminded me of our New Year fireworks at Auckland's Sky Tower - absolutely wonderful to watch. I am extremely lucky to have stayed at this hotel at the right time. I recommend this hotel to all Australians plus all the Tourists from the World.
