After picking up our keys proceeded to the lift to the 6th floor and the lift jammed. We were stuck in the lift for approximately 3/4 of an hour. When we finally got out we were dismayed to find that we had to request some water and were just sent on our way. No apologies as these things happen and. It is not the hotels fault they said. We have had no follow up from management. I am an accor card holder and would have expected some sort of follow up and compensation. Where are their procedures for this sort of thing occurring and where is the service. I will never stay in an ibis hotel again
