the room was very cramped, with two kind size beds in a room really made for one, the bathroom was small and not very clean, airconditioner had broken vents and blew on my face all night. no view whatso ever, even people on higher floors commented on lack of any view, very high cost,!! feels like they are just cramming us in for highest premium based purely upon location.
room was so ssmall that when beds were sererated into singles for kids we were unable to access table and bathroom door freely, staff were reluctant in attitude.

The location is great, however that was the only good thing about the hotel. Firstly we arrived at 10am, too early to check in so we asked if they could hold our luggage, we were told we needed to pay $7 for a locker. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and have never had to pay to store my bags. Also the room we were given smelt revolting, like stale smoke. The rooms are tiny, and outdated making them uncomfortable, also it was very noisy. We asked to be moved due to the smell and were given another room which didn't smell but was also tiny. We also asked for our money back for the next 2 nights so that we could stay somewhere else and were told they couldnt because we'd already payed. The staff were unfriendly, and after asking numerous times finally we were able to get our money back and moved to a different hotel. Usually i dont complain but think other people need to be aware of this hotel. I wouldnt go back.

air conditioner was useless plus the response to the complaint, was told 3 days on the trot "we have someone coming to look at it" they must have looked and walked away, we werte given a fan on the last night ,third and last visit $591 for 3 nights could do a lot better
