We had one of the larger Rooms which was very clean and fresh with an extremely comfortable Bed, the Staff are Fantastic extremely helpful and pleasant and the location is great very quiet and close to Darling Harbour, The Rocks and a short stroll into the City Centre. Could not fault a thing and look forward to returning to this little Gem next Year.

I stayed at the Ibis hotel for four nights. The hotel location is excellent with easy access to Sydney CBD and Darling Harbour. Arriving from the airport by train the hotel is close to Wynyard station.
The hotel itself is nice and clean. The rooms are quite small but this did not matter too much to me. Drawback: The window of my room pointed towards the highway. In only a few meters distance the cars and trucks were passing by. Thanks to some isolation there was not too much noise though.
Staff was nice and very helpful in getting my bag repaired which had been damaged by the airline.

Stayed at the Ibis for 4 nights. I booked the standard room but upon arrival I found it quite small in room size (compared to other standard rooms I've stayed in). The standard room is ideally sufficient for one person; but if you're staying with another person and bringing in large luggages, then it's going to be very tight and inconvenient. The main difference between the Standard and the Deluxe/Superior rooms is the floor space. There is much more walking space in the Superior room. Saxon was kind enough to upgrade us to the bigger room when it was available. Rooms are simple and modern, and the hotel is conveniently near the ferries and Darling Harbour. Great value, just be aware of the room size before you book ahead.

We stayed here for 3 nights and got a good room rate. After 24 hours of flying from the UK, we arrived early in the day with the intention of storing our luggage until check-in time later in the day. However, our fatigue must have been visible and after a couple of hours we were checked in early and given a bigger room that was available. Excellent customer service form start to finish, extremely efficient and helpful staff, nothing was a problem. Breakfast was very good, with everything available regardless from whatever time you appear.

Clean and central hotel, 10 out of 10, keep up the good work! Wish we could remember the names of 2 particular members of staff who stood out with their excellent and efficient manner, one being the young lad on the desk on the morning we checked in (13th september, think he said he was from Manila!)and the chap who topped up the breakfast constantly! Thank you for making the start of our holiday a great experience!
