This place is ok depending on which room you get. The executive rooms are much better than the other rooms down below. Room service needs improving. One night I phoned to be told there was no room service that night because they had a group booking. On another night the wait was going to be over an hour so I decided to have KFC instead. There is no control over noise form other guests either therefore not a good place to stay if you are a light sleeper. On a positive the pacific island staff a lovely and it gives you a little hint of being in Fiji.

The pictures and tag line for this hotel are very misleading.... there is nothing luxury or quality... the shower stall had cracks in it, there was mould in the shower head, the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall with only one screw. There was no dresser, no closet and the carpet was dirty... stayed for only a few hours before rebooking elsewhere. Found a beautiful hotel with nice appointments a few blocks away for only $6 difference... this hotel is over priced and over sold, don't buy into the pictures. Horrible experience.

I brought a group of 34 intermediate aged students / adults to this venue for 2 nights & found it to be a great venue. Very accomodating stafff, great prices, nice modern clean facilities. Would come back.

Organising this trip for 48 travellers was a mammoth job. But my job was made easier with the unconditional assistance of the manager and staff of this accommodation. The facilities was comfortable and suited the wide range ages that we had staying at this accommodation for 3 nights and 3 days.
Some of us were fortunate to have a meal at the restaurant which was "yummmmy".
I highly recommend Mount Richmond Hotel and Conference centre for large groups and even for just a getaway!!
