We checked out of the OK Best Western after 1 night and went into this splendid place. Gorgeous garden area by the pool with resteraunt service outside or inside. The cooks all wore protective masks as they cooked. Waiters were simply fab. This is where we learned to tip in Mexico and feel good about it. Room was very nice. All Mexican beds are hard, but the ones at Best Western 50 yards up the street are ROCKS! Walk the streets of Palenque. Good people. Special treat to take our laundry to a nice place in town. Nice little lady. It came back as if it were new and placed in a bag for almost nothing so far as price goes. No one can overate this place. Our room was splendid; best of the trip. Made better due to the people who work here. Service is GREAT! Food super. Reasonable price. If anybody writes a bad review about this place, they were simply worn out from too much travel.
