I would never stay there, the place where the hotel is located is in the central part of villahermosa, awful, noisy even though we were in the executive floor? really. The staff didn't know my transactions, they said somebody else knew about vouchers because they were in a diffrent schedule, every day we had to activate the internet. Executive room? : no flat iron, no glass for water, bad bad. Great food. They advertise pool and gym NO there are not

Clean and good price, internet access in rooms and good local meals.

The hotel is more expensive than others in Villahermosa, but the rooms, the service, the food ... don't worth it.

You will feel safe and well located, but sincerilly I reject about the date I choose this hotel instead of other options in Villahermosa.

The hotel is very modest, the food is not good, and the air condition is very noisy.

Always start my reviews with what is most important to me: cleanliness & this hotel was spotless. Typical dated decor, but a great downtown location & within walking distance of all shopping & many restaurants. Only 3 blocks from the river, which has restaurants & outdoor seating. Villahermosa is nothing special overall, but a good choice for a quick overnight. Hotel is only $3 taxi ride from the ADO Bus Station.
