Our second visit in less than three years and little has changed. This time we chose Cabana 3, which is downstairs overlooking the pool. The large terrace and the additional opportunity to sit outside in the small patio area at the rear makes it a better bet, asd yes, you can see the ocean. Great service with Kris (manager), Juan (gardener) and Nellie (housekeeper) all there to help. The lovely patio overlooking the pool and tropical garden is one of the most relaxing places I have ever spent time. Negatives? I'm hard pushed to find any, but perhaps an outside light to read on the patio at night might be nice. Then again it might also attract the mosquitos! This cabana was positively huge!

Excellent rooms, good location, well maintained grounds, close to beach access, good pool and chairs/loungers, very good staff. Note- # 3 and # 6 are best rooms- larger than other four. If you don't like to climb, don't take an upstairs room- interesting spiral staircase is only access. If like climbing, upstairs rooms have another spiral stairs to rooftop patio, with great views. # 3 has full size stove/oven, others have 2 burner hot plates. Rooms have satellite TV, even though does not mention that on web site. Very secure, as need key to access walled grounds and to access rooms. Beach chairs, backpack style, provided for short hike to beach. Beach umbrellas not provided, even though web site says they are. Can rent unbrellas at Ojo de Agua Hotel nearby. Overall, one of best values in Puerto Morelos, as we looked at about 10 other places.

Clean, quiet, great management, fully equipt kitchen, TV. Walking distance to town and the popular "Cantina Habanero", very short walk. to beach.

Love this place! It is reasonably priced, close to the beach and has all the comforts of home. The best part was that they had beach chairs for us, such a great plus. Having a fridge and kitchenette was perfect, we loved being able to keep cold beer in the fridge and make sandwiches to take to the beach everyday. Can't wait to come back!
