We just got back from our trip to Now Jade Resort in Cancun. The service was second to none ! We met the most awesome bartender there named Darius Banevicius. Darius chatted with us in English, which if you've ever been to Cancun is more of a luxury...
Darius made awesome drinks such as The American Flag, Sex On The Beach, Awesome Miami Vice's and the all famous " Darious Special " You Rock Darius !!!!

My brother Brian also got married at the resort. The staff was very helpful and the photos turned out to be so good ! Picutures on the beach with the waves and the sand !!! How romantic !!! The pool was huge and featured a swim-up bar and water Volley Ball.
Jaun, the activities director played Bocchi Ball with our kids and exercised with them in the pool to music.

We also bought a swim with the dolphins tour from Aquaworld down by the swimming pool.
We paid $120 for our daughter and she got 3 hours of hands on time with the dolphins ! By far the best Swim With The Dolphins package we've ever seen !!! Our Friend Chris Litchy also bought a scubba dive tour with the same company and said he loved every minute of it !! So if you stay or have your wedding here, buy your dolphin and Scuba tours from the guys poolside, and not from the front desk of the hotel....

We'd love to come back here !!! It was sooo awesome !!!

We stayed at the Now Sapphire in January 2011 and we were so pleased with it that we decided we would try another Now property, the Now Jade. We just returned from a 4 day 3 night trip. We had 4 couples traveling together and overall we had a fantastic time. The resort could not have been more beautiful and was very clean. Upon arriving we decided to upgrade from a tropical view room to an oceanview room, because we read many reviews that said alot of the tropical view rooms overlooked a swamp. Well from our room you really couldn't see the ocean, but we could almost see the pool area. But I guess it was better than looking at a swamp! The layout of the resort is really nice and everything is easily accessible. The restaurants are very good, and even though we had 8 people in our group we never had a problem gettting a table nor did we have a wait. This was all a big thank you owed to Zaragosa (sorry about the spelling!) We met him the first day we arrived and he took care of us during our stay. Thank you so much Zaragosa! There was also great wait staff at the pool area. A big thank you to Carlos and Adrian! You never went thirsty with them around! The food was overall very good. Especially at the Spice, they had great sushi and the grouper was awesome! We also loved the CoCo Cafe. They have great caramel latte! Everyone raved about the Mercure, the food was delicious, but the filet mignon was not what I expected a filet to be. Castaways had an awesome ceviche also. The wait staff at all the restaurants, and the bartenders at the lobby and beach bar, and the wait staff on the beach were all terrific. Although my boyfriend and I didn't have any problems, two of the couples we were with had a terrible time with their room keys. They didn't work most of the time, which can be quite frustrating. Even though we decided that we liked the Now Sapphire just slightly more, there is no reason why we would not stay here again. Great service, beautiful and clean resort! You really can't go wrong. People who stay at these resorts tend to always find a complaint, but when you think about what you spend and what all is included, do we really have anything we should truly complain about? The staff at these resorts really work hard and go out of their way to accommodate all guests. We really owe them thanks, not complaints. So thank you to all the hard working staff that play such a huge part in our having such memorable vacations!

Sometimes all inclusive hotels lack quality but this hotel seems to be different. Staff are friendly, decor modern and the rooms are very comfortable. Only downside is the beach, not the best in Cancun but the pool is very well looked after and serviced.

Just returned from a week at Now Jade and had a very nice trip. The hotel lobby is impressive, the rooms were very nice. We had an ocean front room in building 5 and the view was great, especially while showering in the huge bathroom. Building 5 was close to everything so it was a great location. We enjoyed the infinity pool and the pool bar. The beach was OK. My only complaint was that you had to walk down the beach to the far left or right to go into the water because there were too many rocks.
We were pleasantly surprised by the food which was actually alot better than some other all-inclusives we've been to. The French restaurant was great. Mexican and Italian were very good too. The people were very friendly and the service was very very good. Go to The Mix bar down by the beach. The bartender Daruis was very friendly and took the time to make conversation with us. One suggestion would be to carry better top shelf liquor. Drinks were just OK.
We were there for the Super Bowl and they put on a great party!
Be careful walking around if it's wet because the floors are extremely slippery!! I saw one man take a hard fall in the hallway and we also saw a girl in a cast who had slipped and broken her arm and she told us she saw another guy fall and he had to be airlifted out with a broken leg.
They could do a better job keeping the place clean. We saw blood on the floor that was there for 5 days before it was cleaned up, room service trays in the hall for days, dried egg on the floor in front of our room that was never cleaned at all. But no bugs, thank goodness.
Overall the trip was good!
