Lovely town...great value hotel.

The staff were to a man/woman simply perfect...Helpful, friendly and genuinely cheerful.

We stayed on a B&B basis but eat in the hotel for our 3 night stop. People who were staying half-board had a more limited menu, which we were advised was not so good after week one. Our food was excellent...from the wild boar to the veal cheek to the pork fillet mignons...Very tasty!..and the wine wasn't bad either!

Special mention must go to the (what seemed), the senior receptionist...Roser Montse, whose smile would light up a starless sky... and the very chirpy young Brazilian waitress whose language range made us feel ashamed!

The district around Ordino and Ordino itself are a pure pleasure...much better than in and around the capital we were advised...

The walks up around La Rabassa and Sorteny are breathtaking...especially if you dip your feet into the melt-water to cool off!!

Loved our stay here. The location is great, in peaceful grounds, yet just opposite the lovely pedestrianised street full of restaurants. The hotel is really pretty & charming with great views of mountains from balconies. There is a mini-golf course, a footie / basketball court, a tennis court & a small (cold!) pool, just enough to do after a day exploring the mountains.

There are some nice restaurants in pedestrianised street; we had two good meals at the creperie /Argentinian steak restaurant but BEWARE restaurant Topical, on corner opposite hotel. My chicken was undercooked & had blood coming out of it & I sent it back without eating it but they still insisted I must pay for it in full.

We went to Vallnord for a day, which is fun for kids, and also to Naturlandia, where we did the Tobotronc toboggan (highly recommended) & we loved Andorra.

The staff and the food were excellant.The staff were very helpful.

We have recently returned from a lovely break at the Hotel Coma. The staff were excellent and able to provide good information for tourists. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the food served was lovely. The hotel has a small pool set in beautiful suroundings for a refreshing dip. The rooms are simply furnished but have a flat screen TV, fridge/mini-bar and a spa bath to relax in after long walks in the beautiful countryside nearby. We were also able to travel around Andorra using the local bus service. We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.
