Stayed here on for a meeting last week. The front desk was functional and check in was quick. The room was big, very nice decor, comfortable bed, and nice bathroom. Free wireless internet was available in the room and elsewhere in the hotel. I did not use the gym but went down to try their dinner buffet. The food was not appealing. The display of food however was nice. The choices were very limited and no where near the price charged. The main dishes included 2 types of rices, chicken curry and grilled fish. Nothing more! Ordered fresh pineapple juice and was offered canned juice! there was no fresh pineapple available. You can easily eat a better food at a decent restuarant and pay a fraction of what you would pay at the Yas Island Rotana. The cafe in the lobby is nice but the coffee had no aroma and I would certainly fail them for that too. I did not dare to try their deserts. Check out was easy and efficient.

High standard. All staff are very pleasant & try their best accomodate guests needs. If you don't see what you are looking for then ASK. More often than not you will be satisfied. This applies to a lot of things in AbuDhabi.

Perfectly harmless hotel a short walk away from the pits area of the Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit in Abu Dhabi. But that's about it really. Nothing except the race track and other F1 hotels nearby. Everything else a taxi ride away...

We stayed at the yas island rotana for 2 nights, excellent service, friendly staff, cleanliness 100%would definetly recommend, wished we could have stayed longer, will be back soon....
