Checked in at this hotel as the transit passenger from Etihad due to the flight delay.located in the newly built island near to the airport. Modern and attractive hotel buildings, couple of nice hotels around, smooth check services, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff. overall very good experience. good weekend getaway from the city life

unfortunately i stayed with my family in this horrible hotel for 5 days .
when we arrived we checked in and it was too slow we asked for high floor room but they put us in the second floor , when we went to our rooms in the first room the closet door was stuck so we phoned the guest service to fix it and we waited for ages for them and the window doesn't close well and we didn't slept well because the of the noise of the planes and the TV remote wasn't working . when we went to bed in the first night we found many hair on the bed and I'm sure that they didn't change the covers so we called the housekeeping and after waiting for them for about half an hour two of the housekeeping came and one of them was so angry and Treat me rudely and talked with me inappropriate way , in the second room my son found the shampoo open and used , the Rinser was leaking and we also found hair on the bed .
we told the reception to move us to another rooms many times but they were careless and they didn't listen to us.

the swimming pools are nice but water is so cold , they are not heated .
we liked the breakfast buffet there are many choices but the workers there were rude and careless .

I stayed in many hotels in abu dhabi and this one was the worst one .

Rooms are large and clean, Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall an enjoyable stay. It is close to the airport about 15 minutes, but quite a drive if you want to go into town and do shopping etc.

This hotel is just wonderful!
The location of the hotel is just great, with a golf course and the view of Abu Dhabi city center as the front view. We did spend most of our time sun seeking at the pool area, and this was very nice and clean, and the pool bar makes wonderful cocktails!
The italian restaurant placed at the hotel is also very nice. Can be quite romantic, if you go for a table outside at the balcony!

The breakfast is LOVELY! It got EVERYTHING!
So i really recommend this hotel if you are going to Abu Dhabi.
And remember to visit the Emirates palace hotel, and book a table at the chinese restaurant placed at the hotel, Hakkasan- we went for a lunch -quite expensive BUT unforgettable! The food and the surroundings-just wonderful! So do trust the (chinese) consierge at the Radisson hotel.
You have to visit Abu Dhabi and stay at this hotel:-))) I´m going back asap!
