So nice to say that we concur with the other reviewers and are happy to report that the very high B&B standard is being maintained. Excellent accommodation, breakfast and convivial hosts (Chris & Pete) make the experience all the more memorable.
The muddy lane and significant number of potholes represent the only negative.

What a lovely place to stay surrounded by countryside with the sea and villages just a short journey away. Chris and Pete made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless, fresh and modern. There was a very homely feel to Dale Farm with Scrabble the cat making an appearance and especially the big cooked breakfast which Pete presented with a wide range of other things to eat if a cooked breakfast is not your thing, or have both. We couldn't have wanted for any more and will look forward to returning. Would recommend a stay and experience for yourselves.

Yet another wonderful stay at Dale Farm,Pete and Chris make you feel one of the family.The rooms are spotless, so comfortable you sink into the beds and sleep very well.Pete's breakfast set you up for the day and being all local produce makes it even better.
The New Forest is litterally on the doorstep which is wonderful for walking,cycling or riding.
Hythe is 5 mins away so it is easy to get to Southampton. We shall be back again and again

My husband and I were looking for a quiet little get-away and booked Dale Farm. It was the best decision by far. The house itself is stunning, not to mention the gardens and surrounding views.

Both Pete and Chris were very welcoming and friendly and can make anyone feel at ease. The breakfast selection was excellent with a good choice of cereals, fruit and a cooked menu. The breakfast went down a treat.

Our room was warm and cosy with under floor heating in the bedroom. Our ensuite was lovely too with the little extras (shampoo and showe gel). I especially loved the information guide in our room, it helped us to choose restaurants and things to do in the surrounding areas.

We will definitely be returning to Dale Farm House for future visits to the New Forest.
