We have stayed in 4 star hotels in Dubai, Rome and Las Vegas that knock spots off this hotel! (and a 3 star in Northern Cyprus that was way better!) - What it does have going for it is a lovely pool area with lots of sunbeds and the fact that it is in beautiful Gozo. We ate most of our evening meals at Tatitas restaurant (about a 10mins walk away) because it was half the price of the hotel buffet but twice the quality! We don't mind paying for good quality, but sadly this was an average hotel and not worth what we paid.

Would like to thank the Hotel staff for their service. This helped to make our 25th Wedding Aniversary a special event for us to remember. Our children booked us a junior suite which had a great inland and pool area view. The Spa/Indoor Pool and Gym are great and very relaxing.

We were first given a room on the ground floor. When we asked to be moved to a higher floor we had no problems. The rooms and bathroom are large.

The pool was gorgeous. The only negative is that nthe hotel is not situated on the sea but inland. However there is a shuttle bus that takes you to a nice beach.

The food and the bread was excellent. The staff very kind. At times there was a slight smell of cow dung defending on the wind but it did not bother us. we got used to it and it did not happen often.

One can walk to the village nearby. However late at night I was scared off by many barking dogs which made me uncomfortable. Near the hotel is a very nice restaurant which is a nice change from eating at the hotel every day.

The town of Gozo is very nice. we took a tour to Camino one day which was nice.

I strongly recommend this hotel and Gozo too as well as the bigger island of Malta.

we spent a week at this 5 star Spa Hotel in late September 2011. The area surrounding the Hotel is very basic but good for walking(Gozo is quite small). The Hotel itself is excellent. The facilities are very good and there are three outdoor swimming pools and the indoor pool is superb. In our opinion though what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. We could not fault them. Nothing is too much trouble and every request is carried out with a smile and a sense of purpose. If you want a quiet relaxing time away from it all we can recommend this hotel.
