Spent 3 nights in this excellent hotel with my wife and kids. Although I booked a cheaper city view room I was given a pool view room at no extra cost. The hotel is very clean, food is excellent and with a wide variety of choice. The evening buffet is also receommended as is the delicious buffet breakfast. Quite enjoyable and quiet spa with indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and gym all included.
Only negative : some plates tended to be not 100% clean so one had to be careful on choosing a plate in the restaurant. Otherwise excellent service and cleanliness.

A very smart, clean, comfortable hotel, fitted to a high standard throughout. 3 nice pools, lovely garden area, rooms comfortable and bathrooms beautiful. Everything ready for us on arrival, easy welcoming check-in, and the maid service seemed to specialize in finding the right moment to make up our room, as we were in and out at unpredictable times. Breakfast plentiful with a fantastic variety of dishes. We received 2 complimentary bottles of wine (always a nice gesture). Having read only one poor review before travelling I was quite hopeful, and I have to say the hotel knocked spots off the two 4 star hotels we've stayed in recently in England. I read one review from a woman who got lost regularly, travelling between the two buildings, I think she clearly didn't pay much attention. Yes, we got lost the first time but after that it was fine. We can't wait to go back again.

This was a very nice hotel. We booked a 'village view comfort room' as that was the cheapest they had left. There are more basic than that which are cheaper but they were fully booked.

The view was of the road! And the bed's weren't comfortable at all. But the bathroom was nice, it was decorated to perfection and there was plenty of room for our clothes etc.

It is a German hotel so unless you speak the language, the TV is no good to you. It's mostly full of old people, so if you're looking for a fun nightlife spot, this is not it. If you get a village view room, don't go to bed til after midnight as the karaoke and general road noise will drive you mad before that time.

Nice Hotel, very comfortable. We travelled and stayed with family at this Hotel in three different rooms as there were 5 of us attending a wedding. The breakfasts were excellent, and the beds comfy and clean. The staff were not that friendly, and the "free" spa treatment was a ploy to con you into buying 35years of a time share apartment! AVOID at all costs. The spa is very good without wasting time with salesmen selling time RCI timeshares, check out on web first! The Spa people were not that friendly when they realised the Indian head massage was not being paid for by us but by RCI, but we did have lots of other treatments that were very good, also enjoyed the sauna, pools and steam room.
The TV was not worth having, and really needs updating if this is to be a succesful hotel.
I do not watch that much TV but I would at least like to have been able to if I wanted to!
The Breakfasts were very, very good. Bar 120 is good for sports, plenty of nice shops locally too. All in all a great hotel and area where we will stay again. The Taxi service to and from the Airport was too fast and very bumpy! We were recommended by our Son's wedding plannner to use (Dennis & David Gatt on:- [--]) who were excellent, nice vehicles, steady drivers, prompt, polite and reasonable. I hope you enjoy the Hotel and area as much as my family and I did!
