The sauna is being renovated , but unbelievably its is open?

Imagine a sauna with broken up floors and smelling like a toilet. You get the idea.

Booking.com said that they have pay tv/ movie channel/.
They dont.

Nightstaff was excellent. Very warm and friendly.
Staff during the day were like prison guards. Very disrespectfull and arrogant. Would never stay here again as there is much choice with better service and less lying on their booking site.

Very isolated, in its own parkland by the river bank. Surrounded by trees, nearest road 150 metres away.
Modern, but neo-traditional outside. Rooms comfortable, well air-conditioned, well equipped [though we had the same trouble with room entry-card keys as reported elsewhere].
Service somewhat hit-&-miss; some good; some less so. We had trouble getting a credit card accepted on check-out.
Food very adequate, without being outstanding.
Price reasonable, for the quality.
All in all, a good place for a quiet night's sleep before a busy business day.

The hotel is simply awful, the staff are soo rude and soo not freindly..the toilets are dugusting and not clean...all the room is durty and the service is simplt awful

would never come here again if it is the last hotel in Berlin

very far away and very difficult to find a taxi, the hotle staff dont want to help to find a taxi, they shouted at me when I asked for assitance

the hotel is fantastic, we just loved the style, the comfortable rooms, the functional furniture and ambience in this hotel.
Reception and restaurant staff however seem to be the last resort from the unemployment office. The attitude of the waiter in the dining room bordered on rudeness and arrogance. For a city like Berlin one would expect multilingual staff at least at the reception of the hotels.
The location is a bit awkward, especially since there is no U or S Bahn in walking distance. The breakfast staff was very friendly and very accommodating even on the 2 occasions when we came very late.
Oh yes, parking was rather expensive at €18,00 per night
