Dont stay here!!!
Rooms have no aircon or ceiling fans. When windows open you cant close curtains.
Rooms are shabby and maid dont clean them.
Main Pool fenced off and having work done but seems to have stop along time ago and not finished. Other Pool water was green and mank. Third tiny pool no room to sunbath next to it. as down in a pit.
Restraunt nothing like advertised. No rainforest its under a hang over, Plastic garden furniture. Food kept on tables outside. Food had flies all in it as not covered over. I would have been very ill if i eat it.
We changed hotel as would have destroyed our holiday staying there.

Meant to be staying for 2 weeks, due to the horrible accomodation managed 1 night only before having to book into a nearby hotel. Bathroom stunk & was filthy dirty & no lock on door. Kitchen a joke, didn't even have a kettle. Wardrobes and drawes so bad could not even think about unpacking if we'd wanted to. View from main bedroom, three walls & pile of dead leaves.Paint peeling from windows, chairs missing from balcony. This place is a dump & I would suggest you think carefully before spending your hard earned cash booking into this holiday home from hell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Broken Locks for the doors, cockroaches in the accommodation, Flushing of the toilet-oh my god, Noise for two of the nights,people reserving sunloungers,ie- people were putting items of clothing on them, then going away for hours, returning and chilling on the sunloungers, people using our balcony for drying their clothing, I wrote a letter to the reception explaining all the above, 1 week later no reply. this was our second time at this accommodation, The pictures are wrong regarding the apartments, the reception has no bar, its very tacky, also a British family had their apartment broken into whilst we were there.As for the entertainment- no thanks. I hope this helps. you have to goto Siam Park, 10/10.fun for all the family.

Las Plataneras has 3 stars/keys and that's why we expect more. First the good things: 3 pool area - not so big, but still good. Staff was friendly. Very fast booking in. Good food and in the nice low price. Many many choices to kids and adults to do, ext. minigolf, playing football, "kinderlandia" and so on. Good evening entairment. Good locations. But then the worst things: the rooms! We have two rooms: one bedroom and another was two bedroom. Rooms are old. Our toilet didn't work. Shower shared water when it wanted - not all the time. No good kitchen things. Everything was old and didn't work. There was rust and some small animals. Beds wasn't good - like a rock. Cicarettes smoke was everywhere. When I turn over in the bed, smoke was also then. Luckly we were there only one night - never again. I don't recommender it to family or any who are travelling whit children or honemooneyrs or older people. But young people who only sleep a very short time and need a place to keep luggage - so then it would be ok.
