We went to these apartments as a family group staying in four apartments. The one bedroom apartments were fine, perfectly acceptable for how much they cost. The majority of the renovations had been completed, so the apartment was neat and tidy, kept very clean by the efficient cleaning team. We had maid service six days out of seven and clean towels every day. We did not intend to cook much but the kitchenette was well equipped if we had wanted to. Any problems or queries we had were dealt with quickly and politely by the reception staff. Our fridge worked perfectly well and was not dirty. I never saw a single cockroach in my ground floor apartment although I did see them out and about in Los Cristianos. I never used my washing machine but one of my friends kindly did our washing in hers and nothing was ruined-it worked fine. There were three swimming pools at this complex and we spent most of our time at the pool furthest back. It was well maintained-there was a lifeguard from 9am till
about 6pm- and despite being such a large group we always managed to get sunbeds. We upgraded to all inclusive and felt we had great value for money. The breakfast and lunch were perfectly acceptable, at breakfast always plenty of choice including hot cooked food(bacon, fried egg, scrambled egg , sausages, beans) as wel as cold meats, pastries, fruit etc. Lunch had soup, cold salad buffet, choice of at least 2 hot dishes, dessert was ice cream or fresh fruit. We nearly always ate out at night but I looked at the evening choice several times and it was different and more extensive choices than at lunch time. We did enjoy the evening gala meal which was a barbecue and great entertainment. We had a great time at it. There was an entertainments officer who had various activities on offer. The only child in the group aged 7 enjoyed the activities. The entertainment officer Anna was enthusiastic and was always trying her hardest to get us to join in. Well tried Anna. The majority of the waiting staff were friendly and efficient and gave us the same service as all inclusive as they did other clients. All in all we had a perfectly pleasant week here despite what previous reviewers had written. I kept wondering if I had been in the same place. The two negative points I have are that there is no air conditioning in the apartments-no problem in November -but could be too hot in summer months and the apartments cover a large area and have lots and lots of steps which could be a problem for the less agile.
